It is easy to lose yourself with the constant pull of responsibilities in everyday life.  Between meeting the demands of your career and trying to balance out your personal life, there just doesn’t seem to be any time left for self-care, for self-nourishment. Your Free to Exhale Retreat investment varies depending on room choice. The retreat will have offerings of private rooms, shared rooms and shared Queen or King bed as options.  Prices per person will be dependent on your sleeping arrangement selection.  Please be sure to keep in mind though, that regardless of the accommodations selected, the retreat total of people remains at six, so space is limited. Prices shown will be in USD currency and not inclusive of travel to/from the retreat location from your home)

VIP Ticket with coaching before/after – $222 

If you want to come into the retreat having support in recognizing areas where life may be unbalanced or what your inner voice has been trying to tell you, a VIP package may be something you wish to consider. VIP Participants will receive four sessions of 1-on-1 coaching to support your journey both before and after the retreat at an incredible discounted price.

Why $222 USD? The number 222 in numerology means that you are at a point where you need a sense of peace, trust, and balance in your life. The number 222 as a pattern indicates it is time to start a new cycle in your life, where you allow yourself to expand and grow; you have the power to transform your reality. Seems pretty fitting, doesn’t it?  

What's Included

  • Pre-trip and Post-trip call

  • 4 nights of total immersion in the present, devoid of external distractions, with a small group (6ppl max) led by coach Jen Stafford.

  • Round trip transportation to/from airport to retreat location (designated times ONLY!).

  • 3 catered meals daily, except for arrival and departure days

  • 1-2 hiking activities daily

  • A pre-scheduled guided excursion for the group at no additional fees

The Details

  • Selection of 3 digital image files from the collection taken by professional photographer accompanying our group, copywrite released for your own personal use.  Additional photos will be available for purchase.

  • Chef-prepared meals, a smorgasbord of snacks, and all beverages from the moment you arrive until departure – because when you’re nourishing your soul, its best to nourish your body as well

  • Surrounded in the undeniable breathtaking beauty of Mother Nature and viewing of wildlife found in the Glacier National Park area.  Think daily walks and hikes, wandering through the forest, deep breaths taken in mini mediations sitting at the edge of alpine lakes or at the top of a mountain.

  • 1-2 hiking excursions daily, such as but not limited to:

    • ​Avalanche Lake

    • Highline Trail

    • Hidden Lake

    • McDonald River

  • A river raft floating excursion, relaxing as the current moves us while taking in the scenery and looking for wildlife as we gently float on the Middle Fork Flathead River with dinner on the riverbanks afterwards.

  • Group meditation and breathing practice

  • Group sessions / sharing circles will focus on:

    • ​Slowing down so you can see yourself.  Who you were, who you are and who you want to be?

    • Understanding the inner works of your intuition

    • Learning the principles of gratitude and mindfulness

    • The creation of deeply rooted belonging

    • Providing gentle guidance and tools to help you reflect on your priorities, self-care practice, and relationships. 

  • Your retreat journal guides you to re-examine your relationship with your body, movement, mindfulness, and nutrition.

  • A marination in the wilderness both inside and outside of us.  These retreats are designed for intimacy and richness for yourself, mind, body, heart and soul. Expect to come away with a handful of unbreakable bonds you will have committed to yourself as well as bonds with your fellow participants/coaches.

  • The inside scoop on Jen’s daily rituals and practices.  Learn how to have your heart, soul, and mind rejuvenated and living life to its fullest.

  • Free time to explore the bounty of the wilds around the cabin grounds while you practice stillness to journal or meditate

  • By increasing your awareness of the natural elements and being intentional about engaging all of your senses, you will emerge refreshed, relaxed, and renewed, ready to go back into your busy world more energetic and effective than ever but having learned a new skill set in how to create a more balanced daily life.

  • An intensely intentional weekend designed to take you to the core of yourself, to strip and shed layers of camouflage you’ve placed on your outer self to reach back into your core and build you back up, the way you were designed to be from the very beginning.

    • Post-trip Call:  How are you feeling now that you’ve experienced disconnection from electronics and rejuvenation of your inner connection? How can we support you in order to sustain all that you have gained from this experience? We want to make sure that we support you on your journey, not only during our time together but beyond.  We can discuss and answer any questions if you would like to have continued 1-1 coaching services to provide further guidance to a more balance life at the conclusion of the retreat.

  • With the add on of VIP sessions, there are additional and more focused calls:

    • Pre-trip: We will sit down and talk about your inner conflicts and what you feel you’d like to improve or address.  Conversations to identify your areas of misalignment to enable establishing your goals and intentions for the retreat. Provide guidance on ways in which you can start to prepare your mind shift to maximize your self-reflecting during the retreat. Provide guidance on ways to begin preparing your mind for this mindset focus shift prior to arrival in effort to best maximize the time.

    • Post-trip: Post retreat, we will have a more in-depth discussion about the experience and what emotions surfaced throughout our time together. We’ll address those root issues and set intentions of changes to incorporate into your day-to-day life to help bring your life back into alignment.  We can provide suggestions while supporting you in the process to create your personal plan to living in a state of well-being, with true purpose and alignment with who you were born to be. 

  • Pre-trip Call: We want to connect with you prior to getting together on our trip to go over some of the trip logistics, including transport connections from the airport to the cabin, gear items to consider bringing for planned itinerary, as well as address any questions or concerns that you may have prior to embarking on this important journey.

  • Lodging at a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom cabin located on the banks of Spoon Lake close to Glacier National Park in breath taking wilderness of Montana, USA.  This beautiful home sits on quiet Spoon Lake, a spring-fed, motorless body of water.  While inside the cabin you will find great views of the lake from almost every room in the house

Payment
  • A non-refundable retainer of $500 USD must be paid to reserve your spot and set up a payment plan. Payment of 50% of your balance is due 60 days before the date of departure and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of departure unless otherwise specified by Free To Exhale.

  • Receive a 500.00 discount if Pay in Full at time of booking! 

  • Payment plans may be set up with payments charged on either the 1st or 15th of the month. 

  • SPACE IS LIMITED so reservations will be based upon the dates deposits are received. If registrations exceed space available, priority will be given by the registration deposit received to date.

Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellation will result in a full loss of the funds paid

  • Free To Exhale reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum, unable to access the location due to natural occurrences (such as wildfires) or for unforeseen medical/family emergency of your trip leader.  You may elect to obtain a full refund or a credit in the amount of the Deposit and Additional Payments to be used on a future retreat.

  • Trip cancellation insurance for your travel reservations is always recommended. 

Travel Logistics
  • Participants will be required to book their own airfare to/from Kalispell. 

  • A shuttle van will be at the airport at 3:00pm to pick up participants so please plan your arrival time to be well enough in advance of this scheduled pick up.  For departures, the shuttle will have participants arriving at the airport by 8:00am, so please plan your flights with this in mind.

  • There are hotels and car rentals available at the airport should you wish to extend your stay
