“Don’t think in terms of comfort; think in terms of freedom. Don’t think in terms of safety; think in terms of being more alive. And the only way to be more alive is to live dangerously, is to risk, is to go on adventure. And the greatest adventure is not going to the moon – the greatest adventure is going to your innermost core.”
– Osho
Uproot Where You Are & Change Your Trajectory
Being ambitious can lead to great things, but at what point does it start to prevent us from being truly happy? Often times, we let the chaos of our lives keep us from living. We become too distracted by external things that our inner peace fades away. We forget how to find joy from the simple things in life.
This is why I provide an escape for adventurous souls who want to learn ways to break free of their busy, stress-filled, unfulfilling lifestyles in order to reconnect with themselves– a chance for you to fully invest in yourself and withdraw from the chaos of your life.
This withdrawal will enable you to self-explore without being distracted by the external factors that keep you from connecting with your innermost core. Visualize how life would be with more of the things you truly desire and less of the stress, anxiety and want for simplicity.
As someone myself who had been swept away by the hustle culture, but desired to live a life of peace, aliveness, and freedom; believe me when I say the life you desire is yours for the taking. You simply need the guidance and tools that I’m offering to you. Lean in, and let’s create a life of greater alignment, connection, balance, and the freedom your soul has been longing for.
Join me on a 3-to-5-day retreat to the location of your choice. Destinations offered are chosen by pre-selection or by special request. Due to current travel restrictions, retreats will only take place in the U.S. until further notice.
While these retreats are intended to be a personal development journey for you, I understand that some may feel more comfortable with a friend or two alongside them, which is why I offer both individual and group retreats. Individual retreats are one-on-ones with you and me, which allows me to work more closely with you, both on and off the trail. Group retreats have the same concept/goals, but will be less individually focused, as I will be splitting my time evenly between each person. Group sizes can vary from 3-7 people.
The itinerary and concept for both types of retreats are generally the same for locations and types of accommodations. However, the personal focus is more in-depth during one-one-one retreats. Please see the itinerary below for the specifics of both types of retreats:
Park/Trail Fees:
