We all find ourselves stuck at some time or another. We know where we want to be, yet we just can’t seem to figure out how to get there. I get it. I’ve been there too. Maybe you’ve been staying in your current relationship for far too long. Do you feel led to leave your job and start your own business, but don’t know how to start? Maybe you have a business, and it isn’t growing like you know it should be. Maybe you’ve dedicated your life to raising your family and no longer remember what it’s like or how to take time for yourself.

The reasons we often feel stuck are not what they seem. If it was obvious and easy to figure it out on our own, we would do it. Life would be easy. But it’s not. It doesn’t come with a trail map or set of instructions. Sometimes we need a guide, a mentor, or a skillful ear to listen openly without judgement. That person who knows the right questions to ask to help us find the answers within.
This is where a Life Coach comes into play.
I help people like you become unstuck, find the answers, and create lasting change. I do this by heightening your self-awareness. Diving into your inner workings to help you to realize where your path is designed to take you. Only through awareness of the self can we begin creating the lasting change we desire. Through thoughtful and strategic questioning, and examination, we are able to determine the underlying barriers keeping you from what you want. Once Identified, we work to find the answers within you, so YOU can create and implement different strategies and plans to reach your goals and desired life.
My coaching can be conducted virtually or in-person in an outdoors setting. We’ll determine how to incorporate adventure and outdoor movement into the mix to catapult you out of the dreaded comfort zone, pause your mind’s spinning wheel and reengage with nature.
