"Your soul knows the answer. you just have to be quiet enough to hear it, and patient enough to listen"
– Stacie Martin
What We Do
I provide an escape—one where you’ll live by a compass, not a clock. A chance for you to unplug, refuel your soul, reconnect with yourself, and find peace from the simple things in life. You’ll be amazed at how much your mind can open and become more creative when you give yourself time to rest and heal your spirit in nature. In a society where “Hustle Culture”
is too common, I offer insight that will loosen your grip on perfection and help you create
a healthier work/life balance. As the trail teaches you about yourself, it can help you focus your aspirations.

Join me on a 3-to-5-day retreat to the location of your choice. Destinations offered are chosen by pre-selection or by special request. Due to current travel restrictions, retreats will only take place in the U.S. until further notice.

While these retreats are intended to be a personal development journey for you, I understand that some may feel more comfortable with a friend or two alongside them, which is why I offer both individual and group retreats. Individual retreats are one-on-ones with you and me, which allows me to work more closely with you both on and off the trail. Group retreats have the same concept/goals, but will be less individually focused, as I will be splitting my time evenly between each person. Group sizes can vary from 3-7 people.

The itinerary and concept for both types of retreats are generally the same for locations + types of accommodations. However, the personal focus is more in-depth on 1-1 retreats. Please see the itinerary below for the specifics of both types of retreats:
Pre-paid park/trail fees is included, as applicable.

Individual Retreat Experience
Retreat Prep:
One-on-one communication prior to the retreat to discuss your current situation, what you hope to get out of the experience, etc. This will allow me to get to know you better and adjust the goals of the trip accordingly.
Hiking Gear (OPTIONAL):
If needed, I can provide a hiking backpack/water bladder, hiking poles, and a headlamp (for a small additional fee). We can discuss gear needs and options during the initial call.
Transportation:
Must provide your own transportation to the retreat destination. If requested, I can pick up/drop off at the destination’s airport. Additional fees may be applied. I will provide all transportations throughout the retreat.
Sleeping/Home Base:
Individual retreats are given two options for their home base of the retreat:
-
A unique Airbnb (i.e., a remote cabin, glamping yurt, treehouse, etc.) The type of Airbnb will depend on the location and what’s available.
-
Camping in an RV or a tent.
Food:
I will provide camp style meals during the duration of the retreat as well as water/snacks for hiking.

Trip Restrictions
-
No alcohol. We want to establish a clear mind and body in order to be open to the feelings and thoughts you’ll have throughout the experience.
-
I will request fully committing yourself to this process, which is best achieved when shutting off the outside world, most importantly leaving your phone behind (or always on airplane mode to function as just a camera).
-
I understand this may be too much for someone at first, so I’m open to discussing alternate ways
of disengaging. However, I highly discourage phone usage (remember, this retreat is a chance for
you to unplug.) -
If you are a parent or have someone you need to stay in communication with, you may bring your phone simply for those purposes. I do offer my number as an emergency contact, but I will respect your decision to bring your own phone.
-
I cannot guarantee that we will always be in areas with cell signal, especially during the hikes. However, we should have cell signal at the camp. I also have a satellite GPS/emergency text unit.
